Lannan has a long relationship with this noted small press devoted exclusively to the publication of poetry.
Grants have been awarded for titles in the Lannan Selections series, operational and development support, technical organizational assistance, and challenge grants in support of specific projects. Understood to be the pre-eminent poetry press in the U.S., Copper Canyon continues to garner numerous awards for its titles including a 2012 National Book Critics Circle award for Laura Kasischke’s Space, in Chains which, along with Matthew Zapruder’s Come on All You Ghosts, was included on The New York Times ‘100 Notable Books for 2011’ list.
