D.Wright can be described as an experimental writer, a Southern writer, and a socially committed writer whose work is rooted in the landscape and people of her childhood in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. After reading from her work, Ms. Wright joins in conversation with poet, essayist and literary critic, Stephen Burt.
