About this Event

English novelist and short story writer, Antonia Byatt, merges realism and naturalism with the fantasies of Victorian literature. She prefers to offer fantasy, not as an escape, but as an alternative to, everyday life. After reading from her work, A.S. Byatt will join in conversation with Michael Silverblatt, host and producer of the premier literary talk show on radio, Bookworm.
