Daniel Brush, born in 1947, lives and works with his family in New York City. During his career, he has had individual exhibitions of paintings at the Phillips Collection, The Corcoran Gallery of Art, and most recently a retrospective of objects and sculpture at The Smithsonian Institution, National Museum of American Art. An artist monograph, Daniel Brush: Gold without Boundaries, was published by Harry N. Abrams in 1998.
